I had a bad experience with this company, my web host suddenly suspended without any report or notification to me. i had sent them so many notice but none of them answering my email.
it was hurt myself since i couldnt use myweb host anymore, and it really disappointed me as a customer since they are offering a 24hours service which was a BULLSHIT PROMISES...JUST BEWARE OF IT AND THINK A THOUSAND TIME TO USE THEIR SERVICES.

The Apenta.com didn't answer my questions about the status of my sites that hosted on Apenta.
I can't contact them by e-mail nor by phone; when I called to their phone number, that I got from Whois Search, I only heard the tone but they didn't answer my phone.
All customers didn't know their physical address on Bandung because Apenta did not provide their real address.
So, beware!

My website which is hosted on apenta server is suspended without prior notice nor confirmation.
Later I receive an email from apenta stating that my website is suspended because I haven't paid their bill.
This is absolutely non sense! I have paid my bill. And I have sent them the payment confirmation also.
I tried to contact them many times by emails and also using their contact form on apenta.com official website, to no avail. No response whatsoever.
To make it worse, they dont have contact phone number nor physical address.
Apenta customers and will-be customers, beware!!
